Refund policy
We only accept returns and offer refunds in cases where the product is damaged during shipment.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damage.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of damage (photos/videos) is required
Refunds/Replacements
Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
